I have 2 options...
1st change your IP (access point name) to 127.0.0.1

Then follow the following settings...

Mobile.Facebook.com is too common and thats why the speed is damm slow...

Alternative is use Instagram.com it works like magic...

Download psiphon handler from here

IP..127.0.0.1 (optional not compulsory) but it boosts connection)

Tick remove port

Proxy type : real host

Proxy server : Instagram.com

Come down to real proxy type....
Select no proxy...

Proxy address : 159.8.54.34 port 3128

Thats all thats what I use all this while and I used almost 50gb from the network...
